A refund will be given less the following costs:

For our email and web hosting customers we state a 99.9% uptime guarantee. We would like to say 110% but no one can promise that! Sometimes things happen that forces the server to go under. But this very rarely happens. Any planned maintenance is excluded from this guarantee, but you will be notified of any maintenance as soon as possible.

You therefore agree not to hold Azabia Ltd, its employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, sponsors and anyone or any company associated with Azabia Ltd responsible for any losses arising from any downtime.

We offer this service to all of our customers. However we are NOT solicitors and do not pretend to be solicitors. All reasonable efforts will have been made to cover every legal eventuality that covers the forms/letters you ask for. But we can not be held liable if something goes wrong or we have not covered something.
